Qualifications

• 0-2 years related experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• In-office training 6-8 weeks with possible remote after 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls regarding balance and payment options.
• Provide detailed notes in the system to communicate findings.
• Assist retail personnel with plan calculations in the POS and explain balance notices.
• Write off balances per store requests and update Plan Setup accordingly.
• Reach out to insurance companies to verify status and prevent bad billing.
