Qualifications

• 0-2 years related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from customers regarding balance due and payment options.
• Document detailed notes in the system for retail teams and ticketing records.
• Assist retail personnel with plan selections and calculator questions in the POS.
• Process write-offs per store requests and coordinate new plan entries with the Plan Setup Team.
• Coordinate with third-party payers to determine customer and insurance responsibilities.
• Conduct high-balance investigations and contact insurance companies about unpaid claims.
• Resolve issues where insurance checks are sent to customers but belong to National Vision.
