You will review accounts, document findings, and coordinate plan setups to correct balances within the POS ecosystem.

The role requires 0–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and bilingual Spanish skills, with Saturday availability.

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Saturday availability required.
• In-office training 6–8 weeks; remote possibility after 3 months.
• Must be comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Capable of grasping concepts quickly.
• Follow semi-complex checklists and procedures to minimize risks and errors.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls about balance collections and determine the responsible party; offer payment options.
• Provide detailed notes in POS and ticketing systems to track calls.
• Assist retail staff with plan selections and explain plan calculations.
• Write off balances per store requests and coordinate new plans with Plan Setup Team.
• Call third-party payers and review details to determine responsibility.
• Conduct high-balance investigations and contact insurers about unpaid self-pay claims.
• Resolve issues where insurance checks go to customers but belong to National Vision.
