Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance schedules, organise contractors and support engineering operations. The role emphasizes strong administrative skills and a methodical approach, with hybrid work and a location in Rye.

The ideal candidate will plan PPM and reactive work, maintain RAMS and CMMS records, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Strong administration, organisation and planning skills.
• Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using CMMS such as SAP is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and breakdown work.
• Assist with annual maintenance schedules, including shutdown planning.
• Prepare job packs and maintain documentation, including RAMS.
• Liaise with management, other departments, contractors and suppliers to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Monitor spare parts requirements and maintain stock levels.
• Update CMMS records and engineering documentation.
• Organise contractor visits and coordinate on-site work.
• Track schedules and ensure planned work is completed on time.
• Follow site procedures and maintain health and safety documentation.
