Hydro is seeking a Maintenance Lead/Planner in Delhi, LA, US to develop and manage maintenance schedules for safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. You will coordinate with REDD Team Maintenance, contractors, and external vendors to minimize downtime and ensure compliance using CMMS and MVP systems.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, prioritizing safety and production needs, and creating short-term and long-term maintenance plans.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience with contractors and planning.
• High School Diploma required.

Aufgaben

• Create, prioritize and maintain the master maintenance schedule (short-term and shutdown/planned long-term).
• Review pending work orders in CMMS and plan/assign them according to priority: Safety, Legal Compliance, Production, Quality, Downtime, PM Compliance.
• Produce 2-week execution plan considering manpower, manhours and equipment availability.
