Job summary
Clean Energy in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to optimize scheduling and maintenance activities across our facilities. You will coordinate with operations, service managers, and supply chain to ensure on-time work execution and asset reliability.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or related field and 3 years of related experience, plus strong knowledge of maintenance planning, ERP systems, and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, plus 3 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Planning, Operations, Customer Service or Inside Sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute the planning and scheduling process.
- Communicate schedules to technicians, Operations Management and Customers.
- Add new and generate existing Inspection Plans, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Work Orders as requested.
- Assemble work schedule that takes into account equipment needs, equipment availability, labor needs, and labor availability.
- Work closely with the Directors of Operations, Operations Service Manager and Supply Chain to optimize scheduled work.
- Comply with work prioritization process with operations, engineering, quality, safety, and other stakeholders.
