• Discuss business performance and forecasting with senior management.

• Draft and present findings and recommendations.
• Identify integration and post-transaction transition issues.
• Support M&A best practices across the team.
• Review accounting records and interview management to understand drivers.
• Research industry trends and cash flow drivers for client insights.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present analyses.
