Anpota, Inc. is seeking an experienced M&A Coordinator to support active acquisition mandates and portfolio-company acquisitions across Georgia and Florida. The role combines transaction administration, financial literacy and strong organizational skills to keep deals moving.

The ideal candidate will manage pipelines, coordinate target research, and communicate professionally with sellers, brokers, and clients, while handling NDAs, CIMs and financial packages with precision.

Qualifications

• 1-4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• M&A, private equity, investment banking, business brokerage, transaction advisory, corporate development, search-fund or commercial-banking experience is highly desirable.
• Understanding of financial statements.
• Familiarity with EBITDA/SDE.
• Excellent writing and communication.
• Exceptional organization.
• Ability to manage numerous simultaneous transactions.
• High level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage Anpota's active M&A pipeline.
• Coordinate acquisition-target research.
• Communicate professionally with sellers and brokers.
• Coordinate client communications.
• Schedule management and seller calls.
• Coordinate NDAs.
• Organize CIMs and financial packages.
• Prepare preliminary company profiles.
• Review basic financial information.
• Track revenue, EBITDA/SDE, asking prices and valuation multiples.
• Prepare weekly deal-pipeline reports.
• Maintain transaction calendars.
• Coordinate attorneys, accountants, lenders and consultants.
• Track LOIs.
• Support portfolio-company add-on acquisitions.
• Escalate stalled transactions or material issues quickly.
