Core States Group is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Project Manager in Tampa, FL. This full-time role oversees pipeline development, target evaluation, and post-acquisition integration, reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate coordinates across finance, legal, HR, IT, and operations, ensuring milestones are met with discretion and strategic insight. The position requires strong project management skills, a finance-savvy mindset, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects with tight timelines.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools; familiarity with AI tools.
• Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition pipeline and evaluate target opportunities.
• Coordinate diligence across finance, legal, HR, IT, and operations.
• Maintain diligence data rooms, trackers, logs, and issue lists.
• Prepare senior leadership materials and integration plans.
• Track progress, risks, and milestones across programs.
