Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Georgia Bar in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive M&A and corporate transactions experience.
• Experience advising on complex M&A and corporate finance matters.
• Strong ability to manage deal timelines and coordinate junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions.
• Manage all phases of deals from diligence through closing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related documents.
• Lead due diligence efforts and synthesize findings for clients.
• Collaborate across corporate, tax, finance and regulatory teams.
