Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Manager to lead day-to-day financial integration of acquired businesses into corporate systems and processes. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth transitions without disruption to close and reporting.

This role emphasizes documentation, internal controls, and scalable process improvements, with a hands-on, cross-functional approach to enable audit readiness and strong governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related functions.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional projects or integrations.
• Experience leading program controls in Aerospace/Defence preferred.
• Experience with mergers/acquisitions integration and finance transformation.
• Strong finance processes, reporting, and internal controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance integration workstream for acquired businesses across close, reporting, controls, policies, and systems.
• Develop and maintain acquisition integration plans, milestones, and governance routines.
• Coordinate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Contracts, HR, IT, Operations.
• Support transition into ERP, consolidation, planning, and reporting environments.
• Document end-to-end finance processes and control narratives; create templates.
• Monitor risks, open items, and key decisions; escalate as needed.
