Qualifications

• University or college degree in finance or accounting.
• 8+ years of accounting experience with ERP design, configuration, conversion/implementation, and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including ASC 606, cost accounting, and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support post-merger integration finance and accounting workstreams for newly acquired entities.
• Analyze ERP platforms, chart of accounts, transaction flows, and accounting policies.
• Develop and execute integration playbooks covering data readiness, system adoption, and stabilization milestones.
• Translate business requirements into ERP design decisions; support Oracle implementation and enhancements.
