Job summary

A leading home staging company in the United States seeks an Accounting Manager – M&A to lead the financial integration of acquired entities. This role involves overseeing purchase accounting, consolidation activities, and partnering with business leaders to ensure GAAP compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, significant experience in M&A integration, and strong Excel skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in multi-entity consolidations and/or M&A integration.
• Experience with ASC 805 purchase accounting.
• CPA strongly preferred; active exam progress is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance integration playbook for acquisitions.
• Record purchase accounting entries for goodwill recognition.
• Drive balance sheet cleanup for acquired entities.
