The Vice President, Global Accounting reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serves as a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, providing strategic leadership for the Company's global accounting and financial reporting functions. This role has direct responsibility for all U.S. accounting operations while overseeing global financial consolidation, accounting policies, external financial reporting, treasury, debt reporting, and financial governance across 24 manufacturing and operating locations in six countries.
Following a transformational merger, the Vice President, Global Accounting will lead the integration of the accounting organizations by harmonizing accounting policies, financial processes, internal controls, consolidation systems, reporting, and governance to build a scalable, best-in-class global finance organization. This leader will partner closely with finance and operational leaders worldwide to standardize processes, strengthen internal controls, enhance financial reporting, and support the Company's continued growth strategy.
The successful candidate is a strategic and collaborative finance executive with deep technical accounting expertise and a proven track record leading finance transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational change. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner, balancing long‑term strategic initiatives with operational excellence in a fast‑paced, private equity‑backed manufacturing environment.
Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, sound judgment, accountability, and execution. The Vice President, Accounting will provide oversight of corporate accounting operations, direct the preparation and consolidation of internal and external financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, evaluate and strengthen internal controls, and develop a high‑performing accounting organization.
