Job summary

AV is seeking a Finance Integration Manager to lead the day-to-day integration of acquired companies into corporate finance processes and ERP environments. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless transitions while preserving close schedules, reporting integrity, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related functions.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional projects or integrations in a matrixed environment.
• Experience leading program controls in Aerospace and Defense.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions integration or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, internal controls, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance integration workstream for acquired businesses across close, reporting, controls, policies, and systems.
• Develop and maintain acquisition integration plans with milestones and governance routines.
• Coordinate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, HR, IT, and Operations to align activities.
• Support transition of acquired entities into ERP, consolidation, planning, and reporting environments.
• Document end-to-end finance processes, control narratives, and operating procedures.
• Establish internal controls to support accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
