Job summary

Dillard’s Inc. in Florida is seeking a Loss Prevention professional to join our safety/OSHA compliance team based in the Florida region.

You will conduct store/DC assessments, investigate incidents, prepare formal reports, monitor procedures, and help implement prevention policies to safeguard people and assets.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of LP experience, an Associate’s Degree or higher, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in loss prevention.
• Associate’s degree or higher.
• Degree or formal training in Safety, Loss Prevention.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store/DC assessments to identify gaps.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Monitor compliance with loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Develop and implement prevention policies.
• Deliver training to store management on LP and safety.
• Support crisis management planning and safety programs.
