Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Loss Prevention professional to safeguard assets at our Distribution Center. You will conduct investigations, audits, and data reviews, partnering with leadership to protect inventory and prevent loss.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in loss prevention or related fields, with the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to safety and compliance across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Profit Protection, Operations, Safety, Logistics.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 10-50 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Inventory integrity, shrink control, and profit protection.
• Conduct internal investigations in the DC.
• Support external investigations related to cargo theft.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, & quarterly audits.
• Ensure safety compliance and document findings.
• Assist in new hire orientation for Loss Prevention.
