Qualifications

• Requires customer service excellence and professional communication.
• Understanding of mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, and forbearance processes.
• Ability to analyze financial information and document accurately.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to members regarding past due payments and update loan records.
• Send appropriate correspondence based on delinquency and loan characteristics.
• Advise members on loss mitigation options and establish payment plan options.
• Monitor 1st and 2nd mortgages to ensure payments are posted correctly and timely.
• Prepare and submit reports to investors, agencies, and PMI companies.
• Coordinate with inspectors, appraisers, and risk assessors as needed.
