Formación

• 2 years of mortgage loan origination and processing experience.
• RESPA, HMDA, ECOA, FCRA, Reg Z familiarity.
• Strong math and calculation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review new loan applications and interview applicants.
• Process preliminary documentation for loan requests.
• Prepare conditional loan approvals and notify members of outcomes.
• Counsel members on money management and loan options.
