Uber Freight is seeking a Logistics Specialist III in Exton, PA for a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). You will manage day-to-day freight operations, optimize shipment flows, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to meet customer expectations.

This fast-paced role emphasizes execution and problem solving across multiple transportation modes. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in logistics, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with TMS and MS Office/Google

Qualifications

• Demonstrated logistics/transportation experience (3+ years)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across systems (email, TMS, etc.)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive communication with sites, carriers, and teams

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day shipments in a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Ensure loads are planned, executed, and delivered on time.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays, errors, or carrier issues.
• Provide updates to sites, carriers, and internal teams.
• Handle high volumes of emails and system updates while prioritizing urgent requests.
• Troubleshoot issues across TL, LTL, rail, bulk, and special freight; escalate when needed.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate shipment, rate, and operation data in systems.
• Assist with resolving billing or invoice discrepancies.
