Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in order management, procurement, purchase orders, sales support, logistics outsourcing
• 5+ years experience in project coordination, managing larger projects, order management and operations
• ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc) experience is required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, tech savvy

Responsibilities

• Matching documentation, receiving, billing and update system records
• Complete shipping transactions in company's ERP system, data entry
• Coordinate movement of materials and creating well organized files
• Managing overall planning, execution and completion of customer projects, project scope, cost and execution
