Apex Stone is seeking a tech-savvy logistics coordinator in the Houston area to serve as the communication hub in a hybrid role. You will manage the product pipeline, generate POs, track inbound materials, and coordinate outbound deliveries (FTL and LTL).

You will master our digital workflow across sales, fabrication, and yard teams, ensuring alignment and data accuracy. On-site duties require proactive communication and a growth mindset for long-term development.

Responsibilities

• Update digital systems to keep Sales and Fabrication aligned on order statuses.
• Issue purchase orders for materials and coordinate lead times with quarries and vendors.
• Plan and schedule outbound full truckloads (FTL) and LTL freight shipments.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure job sites are ready with equipment to unload stone.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by matching freight paperwork with open POs in digital tools.
