You will work with Logistics Support Specialists on administrative functionalities, scheduling, and ensuring accuracy across shipments while focusing on maximizing capacity and value for customers

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in load planning and carrier sourcing.
• Familiarity with North American carrier market and pricing.
• Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in the TMS and maintain load templates.
• Identify cost-effective carrier options and manage spot coverage.
• Coordinate with carriers and customers to minimize delays and errors.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement in routing efficiency.
