Job summary

Premier Nutrition Company (PNC) in Emeryville, CA, is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead transportation operations, develop strategy, and drive cost savings while supporting customer service and growth in a hybrid Bay Area workplace.

You will build and manage a diverse carrier network, lead a logistics team, implement a Transportation Management System, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, operations management or supply chain.
• 5+ years in transportation/logistics/supply chain.
• Experience with TMS and logistics tech.
• Experience leading direct reports.
• Experience working with carriers, brokers, and 3PLs.

Responsibilities

• Transportation strategy execution and optimization to support service, cost, capacity, and growth.
• Carrier management to develop and optimize network, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Transportation performance and cost management with KPIs, budgeting, and savings initiatives.
• People leadership and team development to build scalable capabilities and a culture of accountability.
• Cross-functional leadership to drive initiatives, SOPs, and seamless launches across the organization.
