Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation seeks a Logistics Manager in Oak Brook, IL for a hybrid role. You will oversee transportation and logistics, partner with internal teams, carriers, and Uber Freight (4PL) to drive domestic freight execution, import coordination, service performance, and cost control.

You will develop logistics strategies, manage inbound/outbound freight, analyze KPIs, and lead cross-functional improvement projects to reduce costs and improve service levels across the supply

Qualifications

• Experience managing logistics operations and carrier performance.
• Extensive knowledge of international and domestic logistics.
• Experience leading logistics process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with distribution, customer service, procurement, planning, and operations teams to support reliable freight execution and resolve transportation issues.
• Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve service, cost, capacity, and consistency.
• Manage inbound, outbound, and intercompany freight activity to support delivery requirements.
• Develop and monitor logistics KPIs and present recommendations to improve costs and service.
• Develop logistics project plans and communicate updates across teams and partners.
• Improve logistics processes and maintain standard operating procedures.
