Logistics & Warehouse Manager to implement opportunities for efficiency and scalability. The hybrid work environment requires in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday at the Emeryville HQ, with an all-company meeting each week.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, operations management, or supply chain, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with multiple transportation modes (truckload, LTL, intermodal).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transportation strategies to support cost, service, and growth.
• Build and optimize a diversified carrier network and manage relationships.
• Own transportation performance using KPIs and analytics to drive improvements.
• Lead TMS implementation and coordinate with IT, carriers, and warehouses.
• Develop team capabilities and scalable processes for ongoing growth.
• Lead cross-functional transportation initiatives from identification to implementation.
