Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives optimizing the logistics and distribution network. The role demands strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration with operations, warehousing, transportation, and IT teams, and delivering measurable efficiency gains.

The position offers a hybrid work model with on-site engagement at distribution centers and key operations, plus opportunities to implement new technologies, redesign processes, and drive cost savings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in logistics.
• PMP or APICS certification is a plus.
• Experience in hybrid work models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of logistics and distribution projects.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, resources, budget and risk.
• Collaborate with operations, warehousing, transport and IT teams.
• Oversee warehousing systems, automation and route optimization.
• Conduct on-site assessments and virtual meetings to monitor progress.
• Ensure deliverables meet efficiency, cost savings and service levels.
