Job summary

Grifols Diagnostic Solutions in San Diego seeks a Shipping and Receiving Associate II to manage temperature-controlled materials, process ERP transactions in SAP, and coordinate transfers between locations. The role supports inventory accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse.

The position primarily runs on a 1st shift (5–6:30am start) with flexible schedules, requiring GMP experience and the ability to operate pallet jacks and other equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or AA with related experience.
• Must have 1 year GMP experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and use system applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages temperature-controlled, inventoried material in multiple warehouse locations.
• Performs ERP transactions in SAP.
• Processes Transfer Orders and Goods Receipts.
• Operates warehouse equipment and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Leads shipping/receiving activities and ensures compliance with safety rules.
