Deutsche Post DHL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage logistics operations for our clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will oversee orders, coordinate carrier quotations, and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years of logistics or customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and fluent English. A hybrid work model is offered with some onsite office presence in Budapest.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or customer service within a logistics environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Request and coordinate (ad hoc) transportation quotations from carriers, evaluate options and support selection.
• Manage customer orders in the customer order management system.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders on shipment status.
• Identify, investigate and resolve delivery issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in systems and tracking tools.
• Prepare operational reports to support business monitoring.
