Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, order entry, transportation, shipping, supply chain, or related operations.
• Experience with order processing and coordinating deliveries.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders while coordinating sales activity, deliveries, and shipment requirements.
• Schedule, monitor, and track outgoing freight shipments to help ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate truck scheduling and communicate with carriers, shipping agents, warehouses, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment statuses, provide updates to internal departments, and help resolve shipping or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, support reconciliation, and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Support logistics process improvements, special projects, documentation, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
