The candidate will manage warehouse operations, coordinate with vendors and customers, and maintain accurate inventory records, while leading warehouse staff and deploying efficient logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.
• Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Implement and monitor logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
