• Monitor bookings, vessel space and equipment to optimize cargo flow, revenue and costs.
• Oversee liner voyage commitments for the Logistics Division.
• Make real-time commercial decisions against live gate activity.
• Collaborate with customer care and operations to meet expectations.
• Develop and post changes to Vessel Schedule and Customer Notification.
• Coordinate with traffic, terminal, land transportation, fleet/equipment, vessel scheduling, documentation and sales.
• Balance voyage capacity with revenue margin and ensure compliance with contracts.
