Maps Credit Union is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support a variety of loan servicing and operations. You will process payoffs, modifications, lien releases, and corrections while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC policies. The role emphasizes member service, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) in Oregon, with benefits and a focus on professional growth within the lending, compliance and member services teams.

Responsibilities

• Follows regulatory and policy requirements including BSA/AML and OFAC compliance.
• Provides superior member service and resolves issues promptly.
• Make sound decisions based on loan servicing policies with autonomy.
• Handle loan servicing duties: payoffs, lien releases, modifications, and corrections.
• Maintain and process titles, escrow accounts, and insurance tracking.
• Assist with rate changes, indexing, and notices; ensure accuracy and timing.
