Job summary

Together Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Support Specialist to manage day-to-day loan servicing tasks and maintain accurate records. You will work with members, dealers, and internal teams to ensure efficient processing and regulatory compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and collaboration in a hybrid St. Louis environment. Prior lending or servicing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of consumer loan servicing processes and loan documentation.
• Knowledge of vehicle titles, liens, collateral protection and related products.
• Familiarity with applicable laws and regulatory requirements for loan servicing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates vehicle title, lien, and related loan documentation activities.
• Processes consumer loan servicing transactions, including payments, payoffs, refunds, and related servicing requests.
• Processes GAP, debt protection, life, unemployment and other loan protection claims.
• Processes dealer payoffs, insurance payments, and other loan servicing transactions.
• Maintains knowledge across departmental functions and supports coverage and continuity.
• Responds to loan servicing inquiries from members, vendors, and internal teams; researches issues.
• Monitors collateral protection insurance coverage and related account servicing activities.
