Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in loan servicing or middle-office operations.
• Understanding of the loan lifecycle, including closings, onboarding, and maintenance events.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; strong analytical and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, setup, and activation of new/amended bilateral and syndicated credit facilities.
• Review and interpret credit agreements, loan documents, and related legal documentation.
• Capture and validate key terms such as rates, fees, covenants, maturities, and other deal attributes.
• Manage facility activity through amendments, waivers, extensions, repricing, restructurings, and maintenance.
• Monitor loan portfolios, reconcile activity across stakeholders, and support covenant compliance.
• Support migration to a new loan system with requirements gathering and testing.
