Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Middle Office Loan Analyst to join the Credit Services Administration team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will support institutional lending across corporate, financial institution, and real estate portfolios, ensuring loan-closing readiness and accurate capture of facility terms.

You will monitor portfolios, assist covenant compliance, and collaborate with lenders, loan operations, and regulatory partners.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in loan servicing, middle-office operations, credit administration, or a related financial-services function.
• Understanding of the credit and loan lifecycle, including closings, onboarding, and maintenance events.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, setup, and activation of new and amended bilateral and syndicated credit facilities.
• Review credit agreements and loan documentation to identify rates, fees, covenants, maturity dates, and other terms.
• Capture facility terms within source systems.
• Maintain facility maintenance throughout the loan lifecycle, including amendments and restructurings.
• Monitor loan portfolios and reconcile activity across stakeholders.
• Support covenant compliance and portfolio administration.
• Collaborate with lenders, loan operations, regulators, and internal teams.
• Assist with transition to a new loan platform through requirements gathering and testing.
