Dexian in Manhattan is seeking a Credit Services Administrator to join the hybrid team supporting institutional bank lending. You will help with loan closing readiness, interpret credit agreements, set up and activate facilities, and manage portfolios across corporate, real estate, and financial institutions.

You will collaborate with lenders, loan operations teams, regulators, and business partners, support migration of a new loan system, and build expertise across segments.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in loan servicing or credit administration.
• Knowledge of the loan lifecycle including closings, onboarding, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding, setup, and activation of new and amended credit facilities.
• Interpret credit agreements to capture facility terms in systems.
• Manage lifecycle of loan facilities including amendments, waivers, extensions.
• Monitor loan portfolios and ensure covenant compliance.
• Collaborate with lenders, loan operations, regulators, and internal partners.
• Support migration efforts for a new loan system.
• Develop expertise across corporate, real estate, and financial institutions segments.
