Job summary

Enova International, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a Contact Center Supervisor - Loan Processing for a hybrid schedule. You will oversee a team of representatives, coach for quality customer experiences, and drive efficiency in loan processing.

The role reports to the Department Manager and requires strong leadership and coaching skills. The position offers in-office Tue–Thu with remote flexibility on Mon and Fri, plus comprehensive benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in a related capacity.
• Experience in the financial industry and/or loan operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
• Capable of remaining calm under pressure and navigating tense situations, especially during busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of a team of representatives.
• Teach, train and mentor representatives for quality customer experience.
• Coach based on QA reports and customer surveys to improve performance.
• Conduct one-on-one, weekly meetings, and performance reviews.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new hires.
