Enova International is seeking a Senior Loan Processor to guide complex loan applications through origination lifecycle. You will own high-priority files, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accuracy and compliance while keeping the process moving.

Join a hybrid, in-office Tue–Thu schedule with remote options on Mon and Fri. The role emphasizes thorough KYC/CIP adherence, strong communication, and mentoring newer processors as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in loan processing or related financial services
• Ability to read bank statements and financial documents for risk
• Strong written and verbal communication; follow up on sensitive docs
• Ability to triage and resolve issues as priorities shift
• Familiarity with KYC/CIP requirements
• Proficiency with data entry and document management software
• Experience in consumer or small-business lending
• Familiarity with LOS or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Review and verify applicant bank statements for authenticity, accuracy, and cash flow trends
• Own high-complexity files and resolve issues independently
• Follow-up with applicants and internal stakeholders to close documentation gaps
• Ensure files meet KYC and CIP standards with sound judgment
• Partner with underwriters to keep origination moving
• Mentor and train less experienced processors
• Maintain data integrity across loan systems and flag gaps upstream
