Job summary

Enova International is seeking a Loan Application Support Supervisor to oversee a team of representatives, teaching, mentoring, and guiding them in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Department Manager and drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include reviewing QA reports, coaching to ensure quality experiences, and conducting regular meetings and reviews. Hybrid setup in the US with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in related capacity.
• Experience within the financial industry and/or loan operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
• Capable of remaining calm under pressure and navigating tense situations, especially during busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of a team of representatives.
• Teach, train, and mentor representatives to ensure a quality customer experience.
• Ensure the team achieves efficiency and effectiveness; report to Department Manager.
• Review metrics, performance criteria, QA reports, and customer surveys to provide coaching.
• Conduct one-on-one, weekly, and performance reviews; identify trends and solutions.
