Job summary

Enova International seeks a Loan Processing Supervisor to oversee a team of representatives, coach staff, and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment. You will guide on metrics, QA reviews, and onboarding while reporting to the Department Manager.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and customer-focused processes within a hybrid work setup, with compensation aligned to experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a related role.
• Experience in the financial industry and/or loan operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate performance.
• Calm under pressure, especially during busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of a team of representatives and mentor staff.
• Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures to improve productivity.
• Review quality assurance reports, customer surveys, and error reports; provide coaching.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, weekly meetings, coaching sessions, and reviews.
• Assist with new hire interviews and onboarding for the function.
