Job summary

ARV Finance, Inc. is seeking a proactive Loan Officer Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to move loans efficiently from application to closing.

You will connect borrowers, loan officers, underwriting, and third-party partners, keeping everyone informed and files progressing toward funding. You will manage borrower onboarding, organize documentation, coordinate reports, and track conditions, with some deals closing in as few as four to seven days.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in private lending or real estate transaction coordination.
• Ability to manage 15-30+ active files with accuracy and timely follow-through.
• Experience with loan origination systems or CRMs and MS Office.
• Clear, proactive communication with borrowers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for completeness and follow up on missing information.
• Set up accurate loan files in the origination system.
• Track files through processing, underwriting, closing, and funding.
• Coordinate third-party reports and document timelines.
• Provide proactive updates to borrowers, brokers, and loan officers.
• Identify delays and help coordinate solutions.
