Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Dallas, TX is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys and trial teams within the Litigation practice group. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Legal Practice Support and involves case management, document review, and coordination of discovery.

The position offers a hybrid in-office/remote schedule with three days in the Dallas office and two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2–4 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience managing trial preparation, logistics, and presentation.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and litigation support systems (Case Notebook, Relativity, Sanction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Document and database maintenance, including managing electronic data collections and searches.
• Review and prepare documents, reports and correspondence.
• Assist with discovery requests and productions, including Bates labeling and production logs.
• Draft, proof, edit, and file court filings (state and federal) using eFile systems.
• Knowledge of subpoena preparation and service of process.
• Cite-checking and Bluebooking briefs and other materials.
• Create tables of authority and tables of contents for filings.
• Track case-related dates and ensure proper calendaring.
• Assist with witness preparation and deposition/trial binders.
• Assemble and track deposition, hearing and trial exhibits.
