Job summary

R & W Group is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to support attorneys on medium to large matters in a hybrid setting (two days remote, three in-office). You will handle case management, discovery, and trial preparation while supervising support staff and ensuring efficient document management.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong research skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Westlaw/LexisNexis, and trial software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation.
• Bachelor's degree and completion of a paralegal program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Westlaw or LexisNexis for legal research.
• Experience with trial support software such as Trial Director or OnCue; familiarity with eDiscovery tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Case management: coordinate calendars, manage complex case files, and oversee document collections.
• Research & discovery: conduct advanced fact research, prepare memoranda, manage exhibits, and handle ESI with vendors.
• Trial preparation: assist with mediation/arbitration/trial materials and on-site support.
• Administrative tasks: record billable time and ensure timely entries.
