Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Paralegal program completion preferred.
• 2+ years of litigation experience required.
• Knowledge of motions, discovery, and court rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints.
• E-file court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients, court, and counsel.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Prepare discovery documents and responses.
• Coordinate depositions and trial exhibits.
• Assist with case settlements and administrative duties.
