Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Litigation Paralegal for a well-established regional firm with a strong culture. The role offers a hybrid schedule (1 day per week in office) and compensation up to $100K depending on experience.

You will support high-value litigation across complex matters and collaborate closely with experienced attorneys. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in litigation, law firm experience, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Personal injury experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned litigation files from filing through trial and post-trial.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other case documents.
• File documents with State and Federal courts and manage e-filing requirements.
• Track discovery deadlines, hearings, depositions, and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, experts, and witnesses.
• Assist with trial preparation and exhibits, binders, and redactions.
• Maintain accurate information in the case management system.
• Manage attorney calendars and travel arrangements.
