Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba, P.C. seeks a Paralegal to join our litigation team. The role supports attorneys through discovery, trial prep, filings, document management, and exhibit preparation.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid in-person/remote work is available; compensation aligns with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Strong time management to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Excellent judgment and discretion.
• Experience in products liability, toxic torts, and/or asbestos litigation a plus.
• Knowledge of legal formats, procedures, and court-related platforms (PACER, state courts) and legal billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and LexisNexis.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys throughout the entire litigation process under supervision.
• Support discovery, trial and appellate preparation, and court filings.
• Manage documents and production; prepare exhibits.
• Collaborate within a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
