Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent.
• Proficient in legal document preparation, trial preparation, document review, and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents and pleadings.
• Conduct extensive legal research and gather case information.
• Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting requests and organizing documents.
• Prepare for trials by organizing exhibits and coordinating with witnesses.
