Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate required.
• 5–10 years of litigation experience with trial exposure.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management, including pre-trial preparation.
• Summarize medical records and organize employment, worker’s comp, and other records.
• Prepare and organize exhibits for depositions and trial.
• Manage discovery requests and document productions.
• Coordinate with experts and review for expert witness use.
