Job summary

Downtown Tampa Law Firm seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, in-office position in Tampa, FL. The role supports attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, records management, research, and trial preparation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience, strong knowledge of Florida and Federal court procedures, and proficiency with document management and eDiscovery tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience, with complex litigation exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Florida State Court and Federal Court procedures.
• Experience with document management systems and eDiscovery platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare subpoenas, pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses.
• Coordinate retrieval, review, organization and production of records and discovery materials.
• Support attorneys through all litigation phases including case prep, hearings and trial prep.
• Conduct legal and investigative research using public records and litigation databases.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits and case materials for hearings and trial.
• Coordinate document productions and eDiscovery workflows.
